Description

This study examines how women in Uganda use integrated HIV and sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services, focusing on access, uptake, and factors influencing utilization of combined healthcare services.

Abstract

The research explores the utilization of integrated HIV and sexual and reproductive health services among women in Uganda. It assesses how combining HIV care with SRH services improves access, efficiency, and continuity of care. The study identifies factors affecting utilization, including awareness, accessibility, stigma, quality of services, and socio-economic conditions. It highlights the benefits of integrated service delivery in improving maternal health outcomes and reducing HIV-related risks. The findings emphasize the need for strengthening health systems, increasing awareness, and improving service delivery to enhance uptake among women.
